Burnout Recovery

Burnout isn’t a failure of resilience. It’s the body’s way of telling the truth when nothing else could get through.

For so many of us, especially women who have spent our lives in service to others, burnout arrives as the first real threshold, the moment the life we built can no longer contain who we’re becoming. We’re conditioned to treat it as a problem to solve quickly, a detour back to “normal.” But what burnout is actually protecting us from runs deeper than exhaustion. It’s pointing toward parts of ourselves we learned to override in order to keep going.

What follows here isn’t a guide to bouncing back. It’s an invitation to begin the longer return: back to your body, your own knowing, and a life shaped from alignment rather than depletion.
